Kristin Erickson Taylor started Nonchalance in 1993, a year after she graduated from Wheaton College in Massachusetts with a B.A. in Art History and studies in design.  Many of her large and impressive staff have degrees, educational backgrounds and experience in related fields of the arts, design, fashion merchandising and marketing.  They display an avid interest and refreshing talent in the field. It is because of their personalities, backgrounds, tireless efforts, considerable talent, inspiration and respect for their valued customers that Kristin and her team, headed by manager Shannon Ashe, have accomplished such distinction so rapidly in the field.  For instance, for many years now, Bridesmaids at Nonchalance has realized the distinction of being in the TOP FIVE in the entire nation with Jim Hjelm, probably the first important and certainly the largest couture bridesmaid designer!  That’s impressive.  And they are very proud of that.  And they are proud to welcome you, each of you, individually, to Bridesmaids at Nonchalance.
