Ingredients
1 kg of blue jack mackerel
2 cups of oil
1 splash of vinegar
1 clove of garlic
1 hot red pepper sea
Salt
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of paprika |
Preparation
Clean and fry the blue jack mackerel. In a mortar crush the garlic, cumin, pepper and salt and blend with the remaining ingredients to place them in an earthenware dish with the blue jack mackerel. Add sufficient water to cover them, season and heat for a while. |
