Ingredients
400 cl concentrated must
4 soup spoons of flour
25 g of raw, unpeeled almonds
25 g of nuts
10 g of pine nuts whole aniseed
The dried peel of 1 orange |
Preparation
Dissolve the flour into the must while cold. Once it is properly dissolved, put the casserole dish on the heat and add the nuts cut into pieces, the whole aniseed and the orange peel (in very small pieces. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes, stirring continuously with a wooden spoon. |
