Ingredients
1 naturally fattened Majorcan suckling pig
1/2 l of olive oil
4 cloves of garlic
1 dl of brandy
1 dl of lemon juice
Salt ground
White pepper

Preparation
Season the pig and put it to marinate with half the lemon juice 24 hours before roasting it. Then season it with salt, pepper and crushed garlic, pour over some brandy and dress it with the rest of the lemon juice and olive oil. Roast in a medium oven for about 90 minutes or until the meat is tender. |
