Ingredients
1 well established candeal bread of the previous day
2 dry red ñora pepper
4 cloves of garlic
200 g of bacon
1 tablespoon of sweet paprika
Oil
Salt |
Preparation
The night before the thin bread crumbs isolates are itching and are wrapped in a damp cloth.The next day FRY garlic and peppers in a large bowl and add the chopped pancetta. When well fried the paprika is added and then the crumbs of bread. Importantly, cannot fail to remove them well so that are golden and loose. |
