Ingredients
1 Iberian pork steak (medium per person)
1/2 l. good wine red
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon of oregano
Black pepper powder
Salt |
Preparation
Put the clean, steak with red wine, the onion cut into small pieces, garlic, the laurel and oregano in marinade. Leave it marinar between two and three hours in cool site. Dry it and sazonar_ with salt and pepper.Then place the steak a source, to be of mud, and introduce it in the oven. Bake 25 to 35 minutes depending on size. |
