Ingredients
1 Rabbit
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 sprig of Rosemary
1 glass of dry white wine
Thyme
Parsley
Vinegar
2 ripe tomatoes
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
4 potatoes |
Preparation
Clean the rabbit well cut it and season. Put heat oil in an earthenware dish and sweat the rabbit, together with the very picadita onion. Add a glass of white wine and let simmer.
