Ingredients
1 l milk
2 dl of olive oil
1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
2 eggs
50 g. cornstarch
50 g. loose flour
1 branch of cinnamon
100 g. sugar |
Preparation
Dilute the flour alongside the cornstarch and sugar in 1/4 l milk. Boil for 10 minutes the rest of the milk with the cinnamon stick and incorporate it little by little, colándo_ it to the mush elaborated above. Boil the mixture over gentle heat stirring, for 10 minutes. Throw it on a plate previously untada with sunflower oil and leave to cool. Cold, chop the cream in rectangles of about 10 x 5 cm, once passed them by flour and beaten egg and fry them in the 2 dl of olive oil heat. Drain excess oil and sprinkle with ground cinnamon and sugar. |
