Ingredients
6 egg yolks
6 tablespoons flour
1 soup spoon of cornstarch
1 1/2 l milk
2 bars of vanilla powdered cinnamon |
Preparation
Put the milk in a bucket with 4 tablespoons sugar and vanilla until begins to boil. Meanwhile in a bowl beat the 6 egg yolks, 2 tablespoons sugar and the cornstarch. When milk break to boil remove from heat, remove the bars of vanilla and add gradually to the preparation of egg yolks while beat with the rod. Put the preparation in a bucket to fire and give laps all the time with a wooden spoon. Before the break to boil remove from heat and continue moving until the cream list. Strain by a large holes (Chinese or other) sieve and pour in a deep source or individual dishes. Toss in the refrigerator until serving. |
