4 pears
2 glasses of red wine
1 glass of water
4 tablespoons of sugar
1 sprig of cinnamon

Put pears peeled in a bucket and add 2 parts of wine and a water and the cinnamon stick. Lead to a boil and let Cook until pears are soft. Add sugar and Cook 10 minutes more.
