Ingredients
1/2 rabbit or more according to the Diners
8 medium potatoes
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 chili pepper
1 bay leaf |
Preparation
Fry the rabbit chopped and laurel, then add the onions, peppers and garlic. When this poached vegetables add chopped, potatoes tablespoon dye and 1/2 glass white wine cover potatoes with cold water. Brought to a simmer, when whole but tender potatoes rectify or test of salt. |
