Ingredients
1 kg of pork liver
1 tablespoon filled with lard
4 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of oregano
a pinch of ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons of pine nuts |
Preparation
Parses the liver in form of dice and puts at FRY in a pan with butter. Two pieces are reserved.In a mortar are peeled garlic, the two pieces of liver, oregano and cinnamon. Maja fine with the hand to the same tiemo add a little water.
