Ingredients

4 medium tomatoes
4 medium onions
1 bunch of tender garlic
3 aubergines
3 cloves of garlic
1 dl of olive oil
The half lemon juice

Preparation
Preheat the oven at 200 °. Place in an oven tray peppers, aubergines, onions, tomatoes, and the tender, garlic and roast slowly giving laps often. When are a point, with almost burned skin get tomatoes and reserve. Wrap the peppers, onions and eggplant in a cloth for a while and then Peel.
