Ingredients

1 cup almond (with skin)
1 cup sugar
1 cup of water

Preparation

Wash almonds and put them in a bowl with sugar and water. Stir to mix and let stand for 24 hours.At making them, placing them in a bucket thick background to the fire (ideally make them in a pot or cauldron copper). Move them from time to time with a wooden spoon.
