Ingredients
1 cup almond (with skin)
1 cup sugar
1 cup of water |
Preparation
Wash almonds and put them in a bowl with sugar and water. Stir to mix and let stand for 24 hours.At making them, placing them in a bucket thick background to the fire (ideally make them in a pot or cauldron copper). Move them from time to time with a wooden spoon. When is consummated a little water and foam buy a whitish, color move them without stopping scraping the sides of the cauldron or bucket with the spoon until dry. When they are virtually dry should depart from the heat and complete the process until you release. Dumping them in a marble or similar, separate them and let them cool. Long are preserved in jars or hermetic containers. |
