Ingredients
10 cloves of garlic
2 slices of bread
1/2 dl olive
1 1/4 desgrasado chicken broth
4 eggs
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Pepper
Salt |
Preparation
Heat the olive oil in an earthenware dish and Brown the garlic, previously fileteados, with the ham (or the sausage). Toast bread slices (Toaster or baked) and add to the pot along with the paprika. Incorporate the broth and let boil for 10 minutes. Test and salar if missing, but with ham and broth must be careful not passing. Crack eggs on the soup and put the pot in the oven until curdling eggs, clear staying soft bud. |
