Ingredients
1/4 L of oil
1 L of water
1 dl of white wine
2 kgs lamb chops
1 bulb of garlic
Salt
Nutmeg nut |
Preparation
Clean well tallow lamb and cut it. Put it in a frying pan and cover water, adding salt. To average cooking, remove the broth foam and add oil and cut onion, tomatoes, white wine and nutmeg and let it cook for space of time and average.Withdraw when evaporate the water. |
