The Silver Peak Restaurant and Brewery was born from a friendship and a dream. We came up with the concept in the late 80's, about seven years after we met. Our total seating capacity, including the roof-top deck, is 250. The deck holds 100 people and is available Spring through Fall as long as the weather allows.
